A night out with my East Tennessee Boss Babes, and my hubby was truly a night I won't forget. There was laughter, drinking, good times, and a night of relaxation for all of us that are parents haha! Our event was hosted at the beautiful Dara's Gardens in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Their venue is seriously so stunning, and the perfect place to host a wedding, shower, work event, etc. The grounds also have endless photo opportunities which is a major plus in my book. The venue makes you feel like you are about of an enchanting fairytale story. It can fit anywhere between 200-300+ people depending where on the grounds you would love to host your event.

Their drinks were so good. They had a couple specialty drinks for us as well as beer and wine.
The two specialty drinks that I loved were the blackberry mint julep, and peach habanero cocktail.
Single Barrel Events is a husband and wife team with 22 years of combined experience with bartending. Jake is a certified tequila expert, and accredited mixologist. They are a mobile bartending business that will come to wherever your event will be.
Their food was so delicious. My stomach is currently rumbling thinking about how yummy everything was that night. My favorite dishes out of everything that night was the pork belly on herb crostini with a bourbon glaze, carved sirloin, chicken and waffles, and the mini bourbon cupcakes.

=Mini watermelon feta salad bites over greens with a balsamic reduction
=Freshly cut vegetable platter with dill Benedictine dip
=Mini cups of brown sugar and butter derby pecans with a rosemary garnis
=Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Hand passed:
=Pork belly on herb crostini with a bourbon glaze
=Fried green tomato with pimento cheese
Hot food station:
=Carved sirloin of beef for sliders (Brioche buns, horseradish and spicy mustard)
=Shrimp and white cheddar cheese grits topped with chives in ramekins
=Fried chicken on waffle biscuits with spicy honey
=Roasted red potatoes
Dessert Station:
=Mini bourbon cupcakes with a caramel frosting
=Mint julep parfaits topped with crumbled chocolate
=Mini jars filled with fresh fruit and honey custard
=Mini truffles rolled in pecans

This photo booth was definitely one of the best highlights of the evening. It was so fun to act silly, and dress up with some of the props with my hubby, and some of the girls.
They provide all the props, and they can share your photos with you instantly through text or email so you an share them on social media. A backdrop is also included unless you want to use a backdrop of your beautiful venue. Whether it is a wedding, corporate event, school dance, prom, or private event.. they will bring the fun to you.
Oh Snap Knoxville is actually associated with them which is so cool. Special Notes also offers live music or dj. They will also work weddings, parties, corporate, and other special events.
For live bands, they offer many cover and variety bands, bluegrass, jazz, street drum, and soul bands.
For musicians they offer pianists, violinists, harpists, trumpeters, organists, guitarists, bagpipers, and more.
You can also book them for your wedding prelude, ceremony, and cocktail hour.
No matter the size of your event, they can find the perfect entertainment for you.
Both of these girls did a phenomenal job with capturing the whole event. Their photos turned out so stunning, and have the kindest souls. I would highly recommend booking either one of them for your next event!
I just loved everything about this event with my boss babes. I can't wait to share the events coming soon!
